Dulwich Art Group Exhibition

I submitted 2 pictures to the annual Dulwich Art Group exhibition which took place on the weekend of Sat 11 / Sun 12 of May – ‘Moon baby’ and ‘Friends & Family 3’. The exhibition is part of the Dulwich festival, which runs from the 10-19 May and encompasses a variety of different events that celebrate the arts, history and cutlure.
This is the first exhibition I have been part of for a while - I want this to be a catalyst for many more. The images were created recently, however they are both based on ideas I found in old sketch books.
The majority of the other exhibitors were showing paintings - still-lifes, landscapes, portraits etc - which made my more illustrative style stand out. There was some great work on show from very talented artists. My thanks and appreciation to Simon Dunstan, who runs Dulwich Art Group, and the whole team for organising such an enjoyable and succesful event.
